Here are a few examples of student artwork from the Painterly Collage Workshop. Each piece combines a mix of collage materials, stencils, stamps, and acrylic or watercolor paint. Layering these different media adds texture, variety, and visual interest, taking the work beyond “just paint” — not that there’s anything wrong with just paint!
Students worked from their own photos and personal inspiration, so every piece reflects an individual point of view.
